Located in Amravati Enclave, one of the largest growing colonies in Panchkula, Haryana. The brief of this project was to design independent floors to sell them floorwise. The client requested that the building doesn’t give the look of an apartment complex. The approach started with providing them with an identical floor plan replicating from floors 1 through 3, with a 3 bedroom complex on the fourth floor, allowing more spacious areas throughout.
