The objective was to develop a sense of revolutionary thinking in diverse groups of people which helps them not only to grow intellectually but also as an individual. People are moving away from rural to urban areas in the hope of gaining a better standard of living but end up getting exploited ultimately leading to urban sprawl,slums,unemployment,criminal activities.
The nucleus aims to reverse this process by getting the people to settle in their hometowns where they can be rewarded for their skills and grow freely in every aspect . It comprises of the skill development hierarchy, with education being on the top, production and commercial subsequently providing platforms to showcase the skills of the workers and help them earn a livelihood.
The skin of the nucleus is derived from the basic concept of human brain, which begins forming very early in prenatal life (just three weeks after conception), but in many ways, brain development is a lifelong process. .It is a system of well connected circuits comprising of millions of neuron cells that receive, method, transmit information through electrical and chemical signals. Similarly, Self regulation and self development are the basic aspects of the Nucleus which starts the moment you enter it and continues for life.
