This studio aims at dealing with the issues of climate change, particularly sea level rise in the city of Savannah, Georgia. The studio divided its research based on the drainage basins. We focused on studying the Springfield canal and the north Springfield basin and the adverse effects caused by storm surge and sea level rise. Through the studio we explored two major strategies of retreat and adapt in dealing with situations involving flooding. As we moved further with the research. The
strategies evolved through the course of the semester and we divided into smaller groups to explore the same.
